If there is a problem with your order please contact us. We will do our best to help make it right. We cannot accept returns and exchanges on opened items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale


Returns and exchange details

If there is any issue with your purchase, please contact us upon receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be returned in its original condition. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to help- our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.



Payments must be completed online. Once payment is received, processing and shipment of your order will be initiated. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order, payments, or cancellation.



Packages are shipped via USPS. Small packages are shipped using First Class service. Packages that are larger than about 4 items are usually shipped using Priority service. 


Please contact us if you prefer another shipping method or if you would like your order shipped outside of the USA.
